Most people these days have heard of NLP. If you have not, it is basically how our mind receives information from our environment, processes it, filters it, gives it meaning which then creates our emotions and hence behaviour.

Time Line Therapy™

Our mind stores events in a sequential order. We know we did something yesterday compared to a year ago. Similarly regarding the future. Using this method, we can go back and release negative emotions and limiting decisions or disempowering beliefs.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

An emotional version of acupuncture except we don’t use needles. With a couple of added innovative ideas and then tapping on certain acupuncture points, negative emotions “miraculously” disappear.

Which is more commonly known these days as Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) goes into how our thinking affects our emotions and behaviour.
